We reserve the right to pause/deny unsafe, damaging, or inappropriate usage to protect guests and equipment.

A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date; the remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. You may reschedule once at no charge with 14+ days’ notice (subject to availability). Reschedules within 14 days incur a $150 change fee; requests inside 72 hours are treated as cancellations.

For cancellations, the retainer is applied toward any cancellation fee:

• 8–14 days prior: 50% of the total is due (we retain the retainer; no additional payment if the retainer equals 50%).

• 7 days or less: 100% of the total is due (the retainer is credited and the remaining balance is invoiced).
